摘要
近年来白酒行业快速发展,特别是西南区域各地高端白酒品牌异军突起。本文采用对比分析的方法,展现宜宾白酒行业内部状况、宜宾白酒产业在川内状况及五粮液所遇到主要竞争对手的挑战。在此基础上,分析宜宾白酒产业现有的和潜在的产业集聚优势作为中国的酒都,提出以五粮液为龙头,实行白酒产业集聚战略来应对挑战,以维持酒都地位,并以此扩展酒都白酒产业,增强宜宾经济发展的后劲。
in recent years the liquor industry has developed rapidly, especially in Southwest region, high-end liquor brands are emerging. Through comparative analysis, the inter status and the situation of Yinbin liquor enterprises within Sichun Province were displayed. And the challenges of major competitors which Wuliangye encountered were pointed out. On the basis of above analysis, and depending on the current situation of Yinbin liquor enterprises and the advantage of enterprise clusters, the author proposed to deal with the challenges through the strategies of enterprise clusters and Wuliangye as a leader, in order to maintain the status of metropolis of liquor, to expand the liquor industry, and to enhance economic development in Yibin.
