摘要
气相色谱法测定白酒组分的方法主要有外标法、归一化法和内标法。测定过程中产生误差主要有:色谱柱的选用、测定方法、载气、汽化室气垫的选用、空气与氢气比、微量注射器的选用等。消除测定误差的方法主要通过过滤净化载气、定期更换硅橡胶垫、调整氢气流速、准确进样、控制点火条件等。并对产生的误差原因进行分析,采取有效方法进行控制。
Methods of determination of components in liquor by gas chromatography are mainly external standard method, normalized method and the internal standard method. Errors generated in analysis procedures are column selection, determination methods, carrier gas, vaporization of the selection of air cushion chamber, ratios of air and hydrogen, and micro-syringe. Errors could be eliminated by filtration and purification of carrier gas, replacement of silicone rubber pad periodicaly, adjustment of hydrogen flow rate, improvement of sampling accuracy, and control of ignition conditions. Error generated was analysed and effective control approaches were proposed.
