摘要
白酒中的呈香呈味物质在白酒中形成了微观形态。剑南春酒是中国名优质白酒,剑南春酒中呈香呈味物质具有怎样的微观形态。利用扫描探针显微镜,做出了三种不同度数剑南春成品酒的AFM扫描图,观察到剑南春成品酒的微观形态。
Micro- morphology of Jian-lanchun flavor liquor was studied through the flavor and trace elements. In this article ,Particle shape of AFM in Jian-lanc, hun flavor liquor was scanned by SFM. Formation of small particles by flavor components was discussed.
