摘要 通过在ZrO2-Y2O3为基的陶瓷粉体中添加不同质量分数的纳米Si3N4,采用亚音速氧乙炔火焰喷涂制备陶瓷涂层。探讨纳米Si3N4对涂层耐磨性及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Si3N4的加入使涂层的显微组织得到改善,减小涂层中的孔隙率,提高涂层的致密度;随着纳米Si3N4加入量的增加,涂层的耐磨性、耐碱腐蚀能力呈先上升后下降的趋势;纳米Si3N4添加量为6%时,涂层中晶粒细化效果、耐磨性、耐碱腐蚀性最好。 By adding variable quantities of nano-meter Si3N4 into the ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramics based powder, the ceramic coating was prepared by subsonic speed flame spraying. The effects ofnano-rneter SigN4 on the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating was studied. The results show that the addition of nano-meter Si3N4 in the spray powder could modify the microstructure of the composite coating, reduce porosity and improve the coating compactness. With the addition ofnano-meter Si3N4, the wear-resistance and alkali-resistance to corrosion increase first and then decrease. By adding 6% nano-Si3N4 into the coating, the best grain refinement effect, wear resistance, corrosion resistance can be obtained.
