摘要
采用等离子喷涂方法在TiAl合金表面喷涂 ,得到由CoNiCrAlY粘结层和 (ZrO2 +Y2 O3)陶瓷外层组成的双层结构的热障涂层。对涂层进行了高温抗氧化试验 ,并用SEM和金相法观察和分析了涂层的组织及形貌。结果表明 。
A thermal barrier coating (TBC) consisting of CoNiCrAlY bonding layer and ZrO_2+Y_2O_3 surface layer was formed on the TiAl alloy surface by plasma spraying.The high temperature oxidation on the coating was tested and microstructure and micrograph of samples were investigated by SEM.The result showed that oxidation resistance of TiAl alloy after plasma sprayed is enhanced markedly.
