摘要
基于高温高压下耐颗粒冲蚀的陶瓷阀门研制项目,研究了陶瓷喷涂工艺,分析了不同原料粒径、金属基材对陶瓷涂层性能的影响。
This paper based on the project of the study of anti-abrasive Ceramic Valve. The plasma-sprayed ceramic spraying technology was studied. The factors affecting ceramic coatings properties were analyzed,such as the different materials particle size,metal backing,etc.
