摘要
从公共产品和公共服务供给、产业政策、土地资源配置以及公共财税制度等方面分析重庆生产要素单向流动的制度机制成因,在此基础上探析能促进生产要素在城乡之间合理流动的制度机制改革与创新思路。
The causes of institutional mechanisms which leads to the production factors flows in one-way in Chongqing were analyzed from the supply of public goods and service, industrial policy, allocation of land resources as well as public finance and taxation system. On this basis, the ideas of reform and innovation in institutional mechanisms that can promote the rational mobility of production factors between urban and rural in Chongqing were analyzed.
