离心压缩机轴位移故障自愈调控系统的研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对离心压缩机存在的轴位移故障,研究设计了离心压缩机轴位移故障自愈调控系统,该系统使用轴位移故障实验装置来模拟压缩机轴位移故障并对其进行自愈调控。使用该系统进行了压缩机轴位移特性实验和轴位移故障调控实验,并根据实验数据分析了实验装置轴位移与轴向力的对应关系和轴位移故障调控的效果。实验数据表明压缩机轴位移自愈调控系统在设备出现轴位移故障时可以通过调节推力盘两侧压力来使轴位移恢复到安全范围内,使设备长周期安全运行。在开发系统的过程中,分别采用布尔控制器、PID控制器和模糊PID控制器进行调控实验,对3种控制器的反应速度和稳定性比较得知,采用模糊PID控制器具有更好的鲁棒性和稳定性。 An axial displacement fault self-recovery and regulation system has been designed in order to deal with the axial displacement faults in a high speed turbo-compressor. The system uses an axial displacement fault experimental device to simulate the displacement faults in the actual compressor axial and to control them. The axi- al displacement characteristics and fault self-recovery process were investigated, and the relationship between the axial displacement and the axial force of the experimental device was analyzed according to the experimental data. The results showed that the axial displacement can be restricted to a safe range by changing the air differential pressure between the balance plates, and this can ensure long running times of the equipment. The results of control measures using a Boolean Controller, a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) Controller and a Fuzzy- PID controller were compared, and it was found that the fuzzy-PID controller had better applicability and robustness compared with other two controllers for this system.
