摘要
随着新兴产业的迅猛发展,标准竞争日趋激烈,技术标准联盟正在逐步成为一种重要的战略联盟形式。组织理论提供了技术标准联盟组建、内部管理、风险处理的理论依据。技术标准联盟准市场式的契约型治理结构是现实中最佳的选择。企业借助技术标准联盟来提高绩效体现在合作伙伴的选择、联盟的控制、联盟的组织学习、联盟的冲突协调能力等几个方面。企业在缔结或参加企业技术标准联盟时,规模不宜过大,应根据不同目标选择不同的技术联盟形式,培育企业的核心竞争力。
With the rapid development of emerging industries, an increasingly competitive standard, technology standard alliance is gradually becoming an important form of strategic alliance. Organization Theory has provided theoretical foundation of the formation of technology standard alliance, internal management and risk management. Quasi-market of contract govern- ance structure of technology standard alliance is the best option in reality. Enterprises with technical standard to improve the performance reflected in the choice of partners, the Union of control, the League of organizational learning, the Union＇s ability to coordinate post-conflict and other aspects. The conclusion of enterprises or enterprises to participate in technology standard, the scale should not be too large, should be based on different objectives to choose different form of technical alliance, nurturing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
