信阳裸子植物枝栖真菌初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]了解信阳地区裸子植物枝栖真菌的生态分布特征。[方法]通过采样、分离培养与鉴定,对信阳地区裸子植物枝栖真菌进行了初步调查研究。[结果]信阳裸子植物枝栖真菌分属5科9属20种,以半知菌种类最多,其次为接合菌,未发现担子菌和子囊菌。在裸子植物枝上,木霉属真菌分布普遍,种类丰富。Rhizopusnigricans、R.oryzae、Trichoderma harzianum、T.aureoviride、Trichoderma sp.1、Trichoderma sp.2、Alternaria tenuis、Pestalotiopsis sinensis、Pestalotiopsis sp.和Fusarium oxysporum的分离率均高于10%。[结论]信阳裸子植物枝栖真菌由半知菌与接合菌构成,其中半知菌占多数。木霉为裸子植物常见的枝栖真菌,其种类多,分布广。信阳地区水杉枝栖真菌的种类最丰富,龙柏枝栖真菌的种类较少。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to learn about the ecological distribution characters of the fungi on branches of gymnosperms in Xinyang area. [ Method] The fungi on branches of gymnosperms in Xinyang area were investigated preliminarily through sampling, isolation, culture and identification. [ Result] The fungi on branches of gymnosperms in Xinyang belong to 20 species of 9 genera in 5 families, the species of imperfect fungi were most, that of zygomyeetes were secondary and there was no basidiomycetes and ascomyeetes found. On the branches of gymnosperms, the fungi of trichoderma were distributed generally and rich in species. The isolation rates of Rhizopus nigricans, R. oryzae, Trichoderma harzianum, T. aureoviride , Trichoderma sp. 1, Trichoderma sp. 2, Alternaria tenuis , Pestalotiopsis sinensis , Pestalotiopsis sp. and Fusarium oxysporum were higher than 10%. [ Conclusion ] The fungi on branches of gymnosperms in Xinyang were composed of imperfect fungi and zygomyeetes and the imperfect fungi were in the majority between them. Trichoderma spp was the common fungi on the branches of gymnosperms and it had many species and wide distribution. In Xinyang area, the species of fungi on the branches of Metasequoia oceidentalis were richest and that on the branches of dragon juniper were less.
