VA菌根菌对茶树矿质营养的效应及其机理研究 被引量:6

EFFECTS OF VA MYCORHIZAL ON THE MINERAL NUTRITION FOR CAMELLIA SINENSIS AND THEIR MECHANISM

摘要 对辐照灭菌的酸性黄壤(pH值5.6)中的茶苗(Camelliasinensis)接种VA菌根真菌(Glomusepigaeumg),并追施 ̄(32)P-过磷酸钙和 ̄(86)R_b-氯化铷,(代替 ̄(40)K-氯化钾),生长210天后测定表明,菌根侵染率,真菌+ ̄(32)P为52.9%和真菌+ ̄(86)R_b为51.9%,且与茶树根际土壤微生物再生数量呈正相关。茶树株高分别是对照的2倍和1.9倍,地上、地下部干重分别是对照的2.3倍、2.2倍和3.0倍、2.7倍。对 ̄(32)P和 ̄(86)R_b的吸收量分别为对照的4.3倍和3.6倍,对Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu等元素的吸收率高于对照1.6~2.8倍。叶片叶绿素总量、根系脱氢酶、土壤磷酸酶活性均明显高于对照。 n a pot experiment on red soil(pH 5.6) tea(Camellia sinensis)seedlings were inoculated withVA mycorhiza and dressed wity ̄(32)P-rock phosphate or ̄(86)Rb-chloride in place of ̄(40)K-chloride(VAM+ ̄(32)P and VAM+ ̄(86)Rb ).Investigation made 210 days after the treatment showed that VAmycorhLa infection percentage was positively correlated with the number of microbes regenerated inthe root zone of the seedings,being 52.90% and 51.91%,respectively, for VAM+ ̄(32)P and VAM+ ̄(86)Rb. Plant height was 2 and 1.9 times that of the control,day weight of the shcot and the rootwas 2.3 and 2.2 times and 3.0 and 2.7 times, and the uptake of ̄(32)P and ̄(86)Rb was 4.3 and 3.6times that of the control.Their uptake of Mg,Fe,Zn,and Cu was 1.6~2.8 times greater than thecontrol.Total chlorophyll,dehydrogenase activity in the root and phophorylase activity in the soilwere significantly higher in the treatments than in control.
