摘要
[目的]研究不同处理对常春藤枝条倒插成活的影响。[方法]设置6种扦插基质:激素溶液、水溶液、生根粉溶液、珍珠沙、河沙、土壤。溶液基质每种处理5段重复,珍珠沙、河沙、土壤每种处理10段重复。[结果]生根粉处理的倒插枝条更易生根;激素溶液处理时,浓度为0.15 mg/L效果较好;土壤中倒插比珍珠沙、河沙中更容易生根成活。[结论]为提高植物枝条倒插成活率提供了科学依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different treatments on ivy shoots inverse cottage. [ Method ] Six cutting substrates were designed, including hormone solution, aqueous solution, rooting power solution, pearl sand, river sand and soil. Solution substrates were designed 5 times repeated, the others 10 times repeated. [ Result] The results showed that the inversed cuttage could take root more easily if dealing with rooting power. The effects of 0. 15 mg/L treatment was better when dealing with hormone solution. The inversed cuttage could survive more easily in soil than in the pearl sand or river sand. [ Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for increasing the inversed cuttage survival rate.
