摘要
文章从国内外乡村旅游发展历程和实践问题入手,系统分析了循环经济理念与乡村旅游可持续的天然关联性。分别从机制、技术、产业三个层面选取了国外乡村旅游基于循环经济理念运行的典型案例,并总结为"3PR"模式,从而厘清了对乡村旅游循环经济(RTCE)的本质认识。站在国外经验中国化的立场,文章在借鉴的基础上提出了构建中国特色乡村旅游循环经济的基本思路及其科学运行模式——MDR模式。
The paper analyzed the natural relationship between the circular economy and rural economy based on the development experience and practice problem home and abroad. According to the typical cases of foreign rural tourism selected from mechanism, technology and industry respectively oriented by circular economy ideal, the ＂3PR＂ pattern has been summarized, then, the essence of rural tourism circular economy （RTCE） has also been understood well. For using the experience of other countries for reference, the paper put forward the thought of constructing the RTCE with Chinese character and scientific operation pattern MDR.
