自主研发、技术引进与能源强度——基于中国地区工业的实证分析 被引量:7

Indigenous R&D,Technology Import and Energy Intensity:An Empirical Analysis in Panel Data of the Industrial Sectors in China

摘要 本文采用2005-2007年中国30个地区工业面板数据,将地区工业的研发总支出划分为自主研发、国外技术引进和国内技术转移三个部分,在估算自主研发存量和技术引进存量的基础上,实证检验了自主研发、技术引进对地区工业能源消耗强度的影响。研究表明,自主研发、技术引进对地区工业能源强度的影响存在差异:自主研发对工业能源强度有显著负效应;国外技术引进对工业能源强度有显著正效应;国内技术购买对工业能源强度没有显著影响。研究还发现,国内技术购买并没有通过R&D途径促进地区工业能源强度的下降。 The total expenditure of research and development in industrial Sectors is divided into three parts. They are indigenous R&D, the introduction of foreign technology and domestic technology purchased. Based on the calculating the stocks of R&D and technology imports, the paper is dedicated to probing into the effects of indigenous R&D, foreign and domestic technology imports on industrial energy intensity across regions of China by using the province-level panel data from 2005 to 2007. The paper shows that the relationship of among indigenous R&D, technology imports and energy consumption intensity take on different patterns in different regions. Indigenous R&D has a significant negative influence on energy consumption intensity while foreign technology purchased has a significant positive influence on it. Domestic technology transfer has no significant effects on energy intensity. The paper also shows that the low absorptive ability of indigenous R&D cumbers to decrease energy intensity.
