摘要 对水基铝矾土消失模涂料的工艺性能及剥离性进行了研究。铝矾土涂料烘干后在模样转角处易产生裂纹,浇注钢液后粘涂料,涂层不易剥离。在涂料配方中,只要加入1%的纸浆,就能有效地消除裂纹,获得较好的涂料涂挂性和涂层强度。当纸浆加入量超过1.5%,涂料在涂挂时易于流淌,涂层不均匀;加入促进烧结的Fe2O3,能改善浇注后涂层的剥离性,其加入量在4%~6%范围内,涂层剥离性好,铸件表面光滑。当Fe2O3含量≥8%时,铸件表面粘附一层粉料,且有粘砂现象。 Technological properties and the peeling ability of water-base bauxite coating for EPC were examined. Crack easily occurs in the corner of patterns with bauxite coating after drying,resulting in the difficulty of peeling off from the castings as a result of the adhesion with coating after pouring liquid steel. The crack resistance of the coating layer can be greatly improved by introducing organic fiber A into ingredient of the coating. With only 1% organic fiber A addition,crack in the corner of the pattern can be obviously eliminated,and the coating behavior and strength are improved,however,with the content of organic fiber A more than 1.5%,uneven coating thickness can be observed as a result of easily flow down in process of brushing. The peeling behavior of coating after poured can be improved with adding a metal oxide B which could accelerate sintering,where with 4% ~6% addition,coating exhibits desirable peeling behavior,so smooth castings surface can be observed. However,with metal oxide B content more than 8%,surface of the castings is adhered by a layer powder with occurrence of sand burning.
