摘要
西方对人际冲突来源的理论和实证研究可归纳为从宏观层面、一般性意义以及特定情境三个方面进行分类探讨。外部因素、内部因素以及内外交互因素被认为是人际冲突发生的三方面一般性因素。通过对以往人际冲突来源研究文献的比较系统的梳理和分析,本文试图为此领域的未来研究提供更清晰的思路。
Research on sources of interpersonal conflict is drawing much more attention in recent years. Although iterature from the west on conflict sources is voluminous and complicated, they can still be dealt with in three branches: the macro level, general significance and specific situation. Sources from three areas are presented and three general factors are proposed: internal factors, external factors and interactive-external factors.
