锆英粉陶瓷型胶凝硬化的研究

摘要 采用胶态浇注成型技术,制备锆英粉陶瓷型用材料有锆英粉、硅溶胶、NH4Cl水溶液。通过单因素的试验,对粉液比、催化剂浓度、NH4Cl水溶液加入量进行考察,然后设计正交试验进行了综合探究。结果表明,在粉液比、NH4Cl水溶液浓度、NH4Cl水溶液加入量分别为4.8、18%、10%的条件下,所生产的陶瓷铸型的胶凝硬化时间为8min左右,湿强度为0.94MPa,均符合实际生产要求。文中对NH4Cl的促凝机理进行了探讨。 Zircon-based ceramic mold is made of zircon powder, silica sol, and NH4Cl solution by using of colloidal casting moulding technology. The powder-liquid ratios, the concentration of NH4CI solution and the amount of NH4Cl solution were inspected through single-factor experiment, and the orthogonal test was designed for comprehensive explore. The results show that the gel-hardening time of the ceramic mold production was about 8 minutes, and a high wet strength of 0.94 MPa is obtained when the powder-liquid ratio, the concentration of NH4Cl solution and the amount of NH4Cl solution were 4.8, 18%, 10% respectively, which was in line with the actual production requirements. Coagulant mechanism of NH4Cl was further studied.
