摘要
为了准确测量上海同步辐射装置(SSRF)上的波荡器,研制了一套一次场积分、二次场积分和多极场分量的磁场测量系统,该系统具有测量快速、准确、不受空间限制等特点,尤其在测量小间隙波荡器方面具有Flipping coil不可替代的优势。结果显示,该系统的一次场积分测量精度好于1.2Gs·cm,二次场积分测量精度好于150Gs·cm2。
In order to characterize the undulators used for 3^rd synchrotron radiation light source, a stretch-wire magnetic field integral measurement system for measuring the first and second magnetic field integral distributions and integrated multipole errors in undulators has been established. The main features of this system are its high speed and high precision of the measurement, without space limit. Preliminary results demonstrate that the system achieves a system measurement precision of 1.2 Gs·cm for the first integral and 150 Gs·cm^2 for the second integral. The system is efficient enough to carry out the measurements of magnetic field integral in undulators.
