缺氧诱导因子-1与多发性骨髓瘤

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是在缺氧条件下广泛存在于人体内的一种转录因子。人类多数肿瘤内部有显著的缺氧区域,HIF-1在维持氧稳定、细胞能量代谢、肿瘤血管形成、细胞增生与凋亡等很多方面都起着重要作用。就HIF-1的生物学特性,HIF-1在多发性骨髓瘤发生、发展中的作用及其对预后的影响等研究进展进行了阐述。 Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) is a transcription factor in the human body when the environment is lack of oxygen. The latest studies showed that most of human tumor should be exposed to hypoxia. HIF-1 plays an important functions in keeping stabilization of oxygen, cell energy metabolism, the vasifaction of tumor, cell proliferation and apoptosis. The biological characteristics of HIF-1, and its roles in formation, development and prognostic affection in multiple myeloma were discussed in this article.
