摘要
目的研究分析浙江省内医院对护理本科生和护理硕士研究生能力需求的差异情况。方法采用描述性研究方法,自设问卷对省内48家医院进行调查。结果医院对本科护士和硕士学位护士的观察能力、动手能力、沟通协调能力的需求无差异(P>0.05),在评判性思维能力方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而护理教育、护理管理、护理科研、开拓创新、自我发展能力、英语能力的需求差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床护理能力是本科护士和硕士学位护士的基本能力,硕士学位护士应具有更好的评判性思维能力、护理教育和科研能力,以及开拓创新和自我发展能力。
Objectives The purpose is to study the diverse requirement of hospitals for the potential ability of undergraduates and postgraduates of the nursing major. Method The descriptive study was adopted and investigations were carried out with questionnaires in 48 hospitals within Zhejiang province. Result There is no difference in the requirements of hospitals for the graduates' ability of observation, practical skills and communication. (P〉0.05), but there is statistical difference in the ability of judging thoughts (P〈0.05). The diverse requirements for self-development ability, English proficiency reveal significant statistical difference (P〈 0.01) . Conclusion The clinical nursing skills are the essential ability of the students of both degrees. Master degree students have better judging thoughts, nursing skills and research ability. They demonstrate more innovative and self-development capacity.
