摘要
目的探讨莪术油-N-CWS对HPV18阳性的人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的影响;评价阴道应用莪术油-N-CWS复方载体栓剂治疗女性下生殖道HPV感染的疗效及其对宫颈癌的预防作用。方法用MTT比色法检测莪术油-N-CWS对HPV18阳性的人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的抑制作用;临床选取60例生殖道HPV16/18型感染患者,随机分为莪术油-N-CWS复方载体栓剂组和莪术油-N-CWS搽剂组各30例。两组患者均在用药后3个月检测HPV,分析两组方法对女性下生殖道HPV感染的疗效。结果对MTT法测得的各组数据进行t检验结果所示:各时间点两组数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床试验结果显示用药后3个月莪术油-N-CWS复方载体栓剂组HPV转阴率为76.67%,莪术油-N-CWS搽剂组HPV转阴率为80.00%,2χ=0.098,P=0.754,差别无统计学意义。结论莪术油-N-CWS可明显抑制HPV18阳性的人宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长;莪术油-N-CWS复方载体栓剂治疗女性下生殖道HPV感染的疗效与目前临床常用药物莪术油-N-CWS搽剂基本一致,可有效预防宫颈癌的发生,但与传统莪术油-N-CWS搽剂治疗方法相比,使用莪术油-N-CWS复方载体栓剂简单、方便,有效,降低了治疗成本,节约了患者的时间与开支。
Objective To investigate the influence of Ezhuyou-nocardia rubra-cell wall skeleton （Ezhuyou- N-CWS） Carrier Suppository on the growth of Hela cells of cervical cancer in the patients infected by human papillomavirus （HPV）, and review the curative effect of Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository on HPV infection of lower genital tract and its prevention effect on cervical cancer. Method Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium（MTI＇） assay was used to examine the inhibitory effect of Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository on the growth of Hela cells of cervical cancer in the patients infected by HPV. The patients （n = 60） with HPV16/18 infection of lower genital tract were chosen and randomly divided into Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository group （group 1） and Ezhuyou-N-CWS Liniment group （group 2, each n =30）. After 3-month treatment HPV was detected in two groups and the curative effects in two groups were analyzed. Result The result of t test used in the analysis of data get by MTI＇ assay in two groups showed that the data of two groups at different time points had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The outcome of clinical test showed that the negative rate was 76.67% in group 1 and 80. 00% in group 2 after 3-month treatment （X^2 = 0. 098, P = 0. 754）, which indicated that the difference was not significant statistically between two groups. Conclusion Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository can inhibit obviously the growth of Hela cells of cervical cancer. The curative effect of Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository is as the same as that of Ezhuyou-N-CWS Liniment on HPV infection of female lower genital tract. Both can prevent effectively the onset of cervical cancer, but Ezhuyou-N-CWS Carrier Suppository is more convenient to use.
