摘要
在系统鉴定和药敏试验的基础上,对70株致病性大肠杆菌进行了质粒指纹图谱分析。结果,菌株的质粒得率为100%,可分为32种质粒谱型。分离菌株在遗传距离0.140处聚成4类,在遗传距离0.224处聚成一大类。来源相同的菌株具有相同或非常相似的质粒图谱和质粒酶切图谱,来源不同的菌株具有不同的质粒图谱和质粒酶切图谱。来源相同菌株的质粒谱相同,而耐药谱可相同亦可不同,两者之间无明显规律。
Seventy strains of Escherichia coli (E coli) were studied by means of plasmid profile (PP) analysis on the basis of systemic identification and drug resistance test. PP typing obtained thirty two plasmid patterns. All of the strains clustered at 0.224 of genetic distance, and four clusters were formed at 0.140 of genetic distance. PP analysis indicated that the isolates from different sources had distinct plasmid patterns, while those from a litter of piglets held the same plasmids. The comparison of plasmid patterns and drug resistance patterns demonstrated that the former remains more stable than the latter and that the drug rsistance patterns depend upon the numbers of plasminds extracted from the isolates.
