摘要  细菌产生耐药性成为临床治疗感染性疾病失败的主要原因。本文综述了由自发基因突变和获得性细菌耐药性产生的分子机制,及目前常用的快速检测细菌耐药基因的方法,包括聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性分析(PCR SSCP)、质粒指纹图谱分析和PCR 限制性片段长度多肽性分析(PCR RFLP)。 It is considered that the bacterial resistance to antibiotics is one of the major causes of failure to (controlling) infectious (diseases). In this paper, the current situation and mechanism of bacterial resistance to (antibiotics) and a series of methods for detecting antimicrobial resistant gene were described.
