摘要
加强和改进高等学校德育工作，全体教职员工都负有教育工作的责任，后勤服务部门也应建立全方位的教育格局，形成全员德育意识，增强整体德育效果，在提高德育水平的工作中，发挥自己应有的作用．
It is the whole staff's responsibility at institutions of higher learning to strengthen and improve moral education. The rearservice sector at a college or university should also play a role in creating an over all educational framework, developing moral consciousness in an allround way, increasing the effect of moral education as a whole, and enabling such education to get on the upgrade.
