摘要
稷下学宫是由官方举办、私家主持的集讲学、著述和育才为一体,兼有咨议功能的古代高等学府,在办学过程中实行学术自由、学者治校、严格教学管理、教学与研究密切结合等方针政策,是我国古代教育史上杰出的办学典范。探析稷下学宫的办学特色,对于我国新建本科院校加强师资建设、实施开放办学、加快人才培养模式改革等具有重要的启示意义。
Jixia Xuegong was a state owned and privately run ancient institute. It admitted and educated students, published books and gave political suggestions. It was run by its scholars, and advocated academic freedom, managed itself strictly, and integrated research with teaching. Jixia Xuegong was a marvelous model in the history of Chinese education. To study how it was run successfully will give inspirations to enhancing staff qualifications, implementing the policy of ＂free university＂, expediting reform in talents cultivation.
