摘要
分析了水火弯板工艺过程的热加工特点,应用移动热源理论建立了在线状加热过程中求解薄板、中厚度板和厚板温度场的数学模型,研究了求解薄板温度场的数值方法,介绍了测量钢板受线状加热时瞬态温度分布的实验方法,给出了薄板温度场的计算和实验结果.为研究水火弯板热弹塑性变形问题提供了一定的理论基础.
The mathematical models which are applied to the solution of the problem of the temperature field of thin, thick and mediumthick plates are deduced with the theory of the moving heat source. The numerical methods of the partial differential equation describing the heat conduction in the plate are presented while the effects of the distributed heat source and the material's thermal properties on temperature distribution are taken into consideration. The experimental method which is used to measure the timevarying temperature field on the plate is introduced. The results of the calculation and the experiment are analyzed.
