摘要
为了弥补厚板和大曲率板的计算误差较大的缺憾,在局部变形的基础上以挠度的形式考虑整体变形,开发了基于整体挠度的船舶外板成形参数预报系统.在分析船舶外板成形特点和检测标准的基础上,提出了一种考虑整体挠度的水火弯板成形工艺预报优化算法.设计了系统的功能构架,系统提供了简单直接的可视化界面,可快捷地预报板件成形工艺参数.预报系统在某集装箱船外板成形中得到应用验证,结果证明预报系统可提供合理可靠的成形参数,提高成形效率,为将样板检测结果直接用于二次加工工艺参数预报提供了依据.
To make up for the defect of large errors in calculation of thick and large curvature plates,prediction system for technique parameters by line heating was developed considering the whole deflection on the basis of local shrinkage.Based on the analysis of the forming characteristics and detection standards of hull plate forming,a new optimization algorithms were proposed to predict the technical parameters for curved hull plate considering the whole deflection.The functional framework of the prediction system was put forward.With simple and direct visual user interface,the system can be used to predict the forming parameters quickly.The prediction system was verified in hull plate forming for a container ship,and the result showed that the reasonable and reliable technique parameters were provided and the forming efficiency was also improved.The research results lay a foundation for the parameters prediction of reforming by using the detection data directly.
