摘要
事件根源调查对于核电厂的安全运行是至关重要的。本文简要介绍如何应用人因性能提高系统（ＨＰＥＳ）评价表并结合事件调查技巧评价设备或人因事件，找出事件根源并确定纠正措施。本文提出事件调查的一般步骤并举例说明。
Event root cause investigations are of great importance for safety operation of nuclear power plants.This paper briefly describes how to use human performance enhancement system and event investigation techniques to evaluate equipment and human performance problems,uncover root causes,and determine corrective actions to prevent recurrence.The paper also proposes a general process for event root cause investigations with an example attached to illustrate it.
