摘要
某海外电厂在工程建设阶段发生电缆被盗事件,引发6 kV系统单相接地故障,继而造成设备损坏,暴露出该工程自建设以来一系列人因失效问题。对事故发生原因进行分析,从工程设计、施工、调试、管理等多个角度指出失效的关键原因,并给出应急处理措施和整改意见,为更多同类项目建设提供参考。
A cable stolen incident occurred during the construction period of an overseas power plant,which caused a single⁃phase grounding fault of the 6 kV system.It caused equipment damage,which exposed a series of human failure problems since the construc⁃tion of the project.Through the analysis of the cause of the accident,the key reasons for the failure are pointed out from multiple angles of engineering design,construction,commissioning,management,etc.Emergency treatment measures and rectification opinions are given,so as to provide reference for the construction of more similar projects.
