摘要
企业间的竞争归根到底表现为人力资源的竞争,这就要求作为市场主体的企业必须高度重视人力资源的管理。目前,我国许多中小型民营企业的人力资源管理已成为企业持续发展的"瓶颈"。本文分析了我国中小型民营企业人力资源管理中存在的主要问题和成因,并提出了一些相应的对策。
Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is actually the competition for talents, which means the enterprises, as the market subjects, must highly value the human resource (HR) management. However, HR management in many private enterprises in China met their bottleneck for continuous healthful development. In this paper the major problems and the reason of HR management in small and medium-size enterprises are analyzed, and some countermeasures are proposed accordingly.
