摘要
根据第四方物流在供应链运作中的委托代理关系特点,建立了信息不对称条件下的第四方物流供应链一对一和一对多的两层委托代理模型;并根据模型的最优合同,提出了第四方物流防范委托代理风险的措施。
Based on the features of principal agent in the operation of supply chain of 4PL, the paper establishes a ＇one-to--one and one-to-many＇ double-layer principal-agent model for 4PL supply chain under the dissymmetric information and according to the optimal contract, proposes how the 4PL to prevent the risk of.the principal-agent.
