摘要
在构建和谐社会中,工会要充分认识我国劳动关系特点及变化情况,选择正确的政策取向,努力在协调劳动关系和利益分配方面,发挥重要作用。
The trade union should recognize the characteristics and changes of our national working relationship and choose the right political orientation when we constructing a harmonious society. In the meanwhile, the trade union should play the essential role when we are adjusting the working relationship and interest allocation.
