摘要
总结了目前有关物流安全的定义后,提出了以事故为核心的物流安全定义。规划了物流安全支撑体系,该体系以轨迹交叉论为理论基础,着眼于加强人、机两方面安全以保证物流过程的安全。分析了物流安全支撑体系的理论框架及其复杂性。
Summing up the present definitions of logistics safety, a definition of logistics safety based on accidents is proposed. A logistics safety support system based on the theory of crossed tracks is put forward and the theoretical framework and its complexity of logistics safety support system is analyzed.
