摘要
360只1日龄天府肉鸭随机分为6组,分别喂以对照日粮(Cu8mg/kg)和高铜日粮(Cu100mg/kg,高铜Ⅰ组;Cu200mg/kg,高铜Ⅱ组;Cu400nag/kg,高铜Ⅲ组;Cu600mg/kg,高铜Ⅳ组;Cu800mg/kg,高铜Ⅴ组),试验期6周。与对照组比较,高铜Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组雏鸭肾脏出现不同程度的病理损害,肾小管上皮细胞颗粒变性、空泡变性;超微结构观察.肾小管上皮细胞线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂甚至溶解消失呈空泡状。同时,高铜Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肾脏铜含量、血清铜含量和血清肌酐含量,均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结果表明,日粮铜含量400~800mg/kg即可;1起雏鸭肾脏的病理损伤,功能降低。
Three hundred and sixty one-day-old Tianfu meat ducklings were randomly divided into six groups and feed on diets as follows:controls (Cu 8 mg/kg) and high copper (Cu 100 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅰ ;Cu 200 rag/ kg, high copper group Ⅱ;Cu 400 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅲ;Cu 600 mg/kg,high copper group Ⅳ ;Cu 800 mg/kg, high copper group Ⅴ ) for six weeks. Lesions were appeared in high copper groupsⅢ , Ⅳ and Ⅴ when compared those with control group. There were granular degeneration and vacuolar degeneration in the renal tubule epithelial cells. The renal copper contents and serum copper contents were much higher in high copper groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ than those of the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Also, the serum ereatinine contents were much higher in high copper groups Ⅲ , Ⅳ and Ⅴ than that of the control group. The result showed that the dietary copper in range of 400-800 mg/kg caused pathological injures in kidney of ducklings.
