摘要
将360只1日龄天府肉鸭随机分为6组,分别喂以对照日粮(Cu8mg/kg)和高铜日粮(I组:Cu100mg/kg;Ⅱ组:Cu200mg/kg;Ⅲ组:Cu400mg/kg;IV组:Cu600mg/kg;V组:Cu800mg/kg)6周,研究日粮铜添加水平对雏鸭肝及其相关生化指标的影响。结果显示,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、V组雏鸭肝出现不同程度的病理损伤,肝细胞颗粒变性、空泡变性。Ⅳ组、V组肝铜含量和血清铜含量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和V组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著升高(P〈0.01)。结果表明,日粮铜含量达400~800mg/kg即可引起肝的病理损伤。
Effect of high dietary copper intakes on the liver was evaluated in infant ducklings. Duck-lings (60/group) one day of age at the start of dosing were fed a diet containing 8(Control), 100 (Group I ),200 (Group Ⅱ ),400 (Group Ⅲ ),600 (GroupIV),or 800 (GroupV) mg/kg per day for 6 weeks. All ducklings were sacrificed at the end of the treatment for pathologic observation and liver functional enzyme levels were determined. Granular and vacuolar hepatocytes were observed in Groups Ⅱ , Ⅲ , IV and V. Liver and serum copper contents in groups IV and V were statistically significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01). Activities of serum glutamic pyruvic transminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transami-nase in Groups Ⅲ , IV and V were much higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01). The above results indicated that the duckling liver was damaged when dietary intake of copper in reached 400--800 mg/kg per day.
