非诺贝特对糖尿病大鼠肾组织MCP-1、FN表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨非诺贝特对糖尿病大鼠肾组织MCP-1、FN表达的影响。方法:选择健康雄性SD大鼠36只,随机分为正常对照组(NC组)、糖尿病模型组(DN组)和非诺贝特治疗组(DF组),每组12只,模型组及治疗组以链脲佐菌素诱发糖尿病,治疗组给予非诺贝特灌胃。分别于第4、8周观察各组大鼠脂代谢、血肌酐及24h尿蛋白定量。肾组织标本行免疫组化检测肾组织MCP-1、FN的表达水平。结果:模型组胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐及24h尿蛋白定量水平的表达水平较同期正常组(P<0.01)和治疗组(P<0.05)有明显的增加。模型组大鼠肾组织MCP-1、FN表达较同期正常组(P<0.001)和治疗组(P<0.01)有明显的增加。结论:非诺贝特可以下调糖尿病大鼠肾组织MCP-1、FN表达对试验性糖尿病大鼠具有部分肾保护作用。
