山莨菪碱对带蒂皮瓣血循环重建的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨山莨菪碱对家兔带蒂皮瓣血循环重建的作用。方法:选取新西兰家兔24只,于局麻下,在背部正中线两侧做蒂在头侧的7cm×5cm皮瓣。动物分为两组,实验组注射山莨菪碱,对照组以相同剂量和方法注射生理盐水,分别于皮瓣形成术后2、3、4、5、6天和术后8天对皮瓣进行墨汁灌注,并于皮瓣透明后经计算机图像处理测量血管密度。结果:实验组皮瓣血管密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:山莨菪碱可以促进皮瓣与受区之间的血循环重建,从而增加皮瓣成活能力。 Objective:To explore the effects of anisodamine on neovascularization of pedicle flap in rabbits.Methods:Twenty four healthy New Zealand rabbits were used in the experiment.Each animal underwent creation of identical cranially based pedicle skin flap measuring 5cm×7cm following local anesthesia on each side of the dorsum midline.The rabbits were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.Animals in the experimental group were injected with 0.1 % anisodamine solution and those in the control group were injected with 0.9 % NaCl solution with the same dose as the experimental group.At 2,3,4,5,6 day and 8 day after surgery,the flaps were perfused with Indian ink and the vascular density was studied with computer image analysis under transillumination.Results:The vascular density in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:By promoting neovascularization between the recipient site and the flap,anisodamine can raise the survival quality of flaps.
