摘要
国际金融危机对高校毕业生就业产生了多方面的冲击,挤压了就业需求空间,抬升了就业准入门槛,改变了不同专业的市场需求趋势,影响了毕业生职业生涯的选择方向。高校应对金融危机对毕业生就业的新挑战,应从源头上予以改进和完善,进一步明确办学的定位,不遗余力地提升教育教学质量,以职业发展理念为指导,实施全程化大学生就业教育,多管齐下,服务毕业生就业。
The international crisis has had a wide range of impact on graduates＇ employment, squeezing the space of employment requirement, raising the threshold for accessing to employment, changing the market demand trend for various specialized fields, influencing the choice direction of graduates＇ career. Colleges and uni- versities which face the new challenges of financial crisis on graduates＇ employment should improve themselves from the source, further clarify a school＇ location, spare no efforts to enhance the quality of education and teaching, take the concept of vocational development as a guide, implement whole - course education. In this way, can we help graduates with their employment.
