摘要
为提高钢球磨削的质量,探讨了钢球的微观磨削机理,分析磨粒在钢球表面的微观运动规律,从而建立钢球表面余料去除的通用模型。根据各种磨球工艺间的普遍联系,确定钢球表面缺陷产生的原因,提出了改善钢球表面质量的新方法。
To improve the surface quality of steel ball grinding, the paper investigates the microcosmic mechanism of this process, and analyzes the law of microcosmic movement of abrasive grit on the surface of steel ball. The paper establishs a general model about how to remove the excess material on steel ball surface. And derives the universal eonnexions between various processes of grinding ball and the influencing factors of the surface flaws. At last, the paper offers a method to enhance the quality of steel ball grinding.
