摘要
目的探讨总抗氧化物(TAS)和过氧化脂质(LPO)在心脏X综合征(CSX)发病机制中的作用。方法将60例心内科患者分为CSX组和非心脏X综合征组(NCSX组),另选30例健康人作为对照组。采用FOX-2方法检测三组LPO水平,自动化分析法检测总抗氧化状态。结果CSX组TAS水平较NCSX组、对照组降低,LPO水平较NCSX组、对照组升高;相关性分析显示血清TAS活性与LPO水平呈负相关。结论CSX的发生与机体氧化/抗氧化状态的失衡有密切关系。
Objective To explore the roles of total antioxidant status(TAS)and lipid hydroperoxide(LPO)in the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X.Methods Thirty patients with cardiac syndrome X(CSX group),30 patients with other cardiac disease(NCSX group)and 30 healthy volunteers as control group were taken into the study.LPO level were measured by ferrous oxidation with xylenol orange assay.TAS was determined by using an automated measurement method.Results TAS level in CSX group was significantly lower than that in the NCSX group and the control group,while the LPO level was higher than that in the NCSX group and the control group.TAS level was negative correlated with LPO level in the CSX group.Conclusion The disbalance of oxidation /anti-oxidation is related closely with cardiac syndrome X.
