摘要
以Na2SO4-K2SO4为熔盐,采用水热均匀沉淀-熔盐煅烧法制备了YAG:Ce3+黄色荧光粉,应用XRD、SEM、荧光分光光度计等测试手段研究了熔盐辅助煅烧对粉体结构、形貌和发光性能的影响。结果表明,以尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热均匀沉淀法制备的前驱体,经Na2SO4-K2SO4熔盐辅助煅烧,900℃时已完全转变为YAG相,与固相法相比,YAG相的完全转变温度降低了600℃,与前躯体直接煅烧相比,YAG相的完全转变温度降低了300℃,荧光粉的发光强度提高了2.4倍。
The cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG : Ce^3+ ) phosphors are synthesized via a hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation-molten salt method(HHPMS). The powder structure, morphology and photoluminescence are characterized by XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer, respectively. The results indicate that the YAG = Ce^3+ phosphor can be prepared using urea as precipitator and Na2 SO4-K2SO4 as molten salts. Compared with the solid state reaction method and hydrothermal homogeneous precipitation-direct calcination method(HHPDC), the prepared temperature of YAG : Ce^3+ phosphor with the present method can be decreased about 600℃ and 300℃, respectively. And the luminescent intensity of as-prepared phosphor can be increased 2. 4 times than the phosphor pre-pared by HHPDC method.
