纳米锑掺杂氧化锡导电粉体的快速制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 纳米锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)以其灵敏度高、色浅透明、耐高温耐腐蚀、机械稳定性好等特点在气敏元件、导电抗静电领域、催化领域等得到了广泛的应用.本实验在共沉淀法的基础上采用特殊的组合添加剂,前驱体不需要干燥直接煅烧20 min就可以得到各项性能良好的ATO粉体,采用粒度分析仪、X衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪、透射电镜(TEM)、微欧测量计等对最终粉体的性能进行了表征.结果表明:相比传统共沉淀法,该法具有快速、高效的特点,在合适添加剂作用下所制备的纳米ATO粉体一次粒径为55 nm,体积电阻率为75.93Ω.cm,晶化完整,纯度高. Nanometric Sb-doped SnO2 (ATO) is widely used in gas / humidity sensors, conductive and antistatic fields, catalytic field etc. for their properties such as high sensitivity, light color, transparency, high-temp. and corrosion-resistances and mechanical stability. An additive of special formulation was used in the co-precipitation process where the precursors were directly calcinated for 20 min without drying to give ATO powders having all the perfect performances. The final powders were characterized with granularity tester, X-ray diffractometer (XRD), IR spectrograph, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and microhmmeter. The results showed that this process, as compared to traditional methods, was characterized by rapidity and high efficiency, and the nm ATO powders produced with a suitable additive had a particle size of ca 55 nm, volume resistance of 75.93 Ω.cm, perfect crystallization and high purity.
