摘要 血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)是特异性淋巴管内皮生长因子,在肿瘤组织中高表达。大量研究显示VEGF-C在肿瘤生长、转移中具有重要作用,与肿瘤淋巴管生成有关。现就VEGF-C与肿瘤转移的研究进展做一综述。 VEFGF- C is the special lymphatic endothelial growth factor, which is overexpressed in tumor. Many studies indicated that VEGF - C plays roles in growth and metastasis of tumor,that is related to the lymphangiogene sis. Progression about VEGF - C in the course of metastasis of tumour is reviewed.
