防风挥发油化学成分分析比较 被引量:21

A Comparative Study of Saposhnikovia Divaricata Volatile Oils

摘要 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取了防风、关防风、西防风、口防风中的挥发油,用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用仪分析鉴定。通过HPMSD化学工作站检索NIST02.L标准质谱图库鉴定,并结合有关文献人工图谱解析,鉴定出防风中52个、关防风53个、西防风48个化合物、口防风49个化合物,除去共有峰外,总共鉴定出69个化合物,主要为萜类化合物、链状脂肪族化合物(烷烃、醇、醛、羧酸)。通过其相对百分含量的比较,发现这四种挥发油的主要化学成分及其含量有很大差别:镰叶芹醇(Fal-carinol)在防风挥发油中高达19.367%,在关防风和口防风挥发油中相对百分含量分别28.923%和46.117%,在西防风挥发油中相对百分含量仅为6.381%。其他的化合物在这四种药材的挥发油中相对百分含量也各不相同。本文所建立方法可揭示防风、关防风、口防风、西防风挥发油有效成分及其相对百分含量的差别,对防风的质量控制、药理研究及开发该药用植物资源有重要意义。 Volatile oils can be extracted from Saposhnikovia divaricata through a steam distillation process. Here, efforts were made to analyze volatile oil products using a range of technical means, including gas chromotograph-mass spectrometry, HPMSD chem station search (NIST02.L),and standard MS library search. 69 chemical constituents were identified, including 52 from Hebei Saposhnikovia divaricata, 53 from Xinjiang Saposhnikovia divaricata, 48 from Shanxi and 49 from Neimeng Saposhnikovia divaricata respectively. The main constituents found in Saposhnikovia di- varicata are: Terpenoids and aliphatic chain compounds(alkanes, alcohols, aldehydes, carboxylic acids). A comparison of the constituents and associated proportions shows that the four Saposhnikovia divaricata volatile oil products tested are very different in main chemical constituents and associated proportions. For example, Hebei Saposhnikovia divari- cata volatile oil has a Falcarinol content as high as 19.367%, Meanwhile, Xinjiang and Neimeng Saposhnikovia divaricata volatile oils have a content at 28.923% and 46.117% respectively, with 6.381% for Shanxi Saposhnikovia divaricata volatile oil. The chemical is not found in Hebei Saposhnikovia divaricata volatile oil. Other compounds are varied in content for the four Saposhnikovia divaricata volatile oils. The comparative study shows that chemical constituents in the volatile oils of Saposhnikovia divaricata derived from different areas are significantly varied, which makes an important evidence for the quality control of Saposhnikovia divaricata, and for pharmacological research and development as well.
