摘要
研究了姜太公的军事、政治、经济、人才管理等方面的管理思想。在军事管理思想方面,谋取战役的主动权,战斗中身先士卒,发挥了车战的突击性能;在政治管理思想方面,因地制宜,将周礼与夷礼有机结合,促进了社会的稳定和发展;在经济管理思想方面,扬长避短,发展鱼盐生产;在人才管理思想方面,招贤纳士,选贤任能。姜太公的管理思想为后世的发展创造了良好的条件,给创业者提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。
This paper focuses on the management thought of J IANG Tai-gong in terms of military, politics, economy and talent management. In military respect, he advocates seeking initiative in a battle, taking the lead in fighting, and giving free rein to the outstanding performance of vehicle war. In political respect, he maintains suiting measures to local conditions and combining Zhou ceremony with Yi ceremony to promote the stability and development of society. In economy respect, he holds playing up strengths and avoiding weakneess, developing fish and salt production. In talent respect, he stands for recruiting men of worth and appointing people of integrity and intelligence. The management thought of JIANG Tai-gong creates great conditions for aftertime development, which provides valuable experience for the entrepreneurs.
