摘要
利用G leeble-3800热摸拟试验机,测定了HTP型X65级管线钢的动态CCT曲线,并通过光学显微镜和电子显微镜(SEM和TEM)对连续冷却后的组织和第二相析出物进行了详细观察和分析。随着冷却速度的提高,在连续冷却转变组织中依次出现多边形铁素体、珠光体、针状铁素体,且各阶段冷却后试样的硬度也逐渐增加,M/A数量逐渐增多,分布越来越均匀,第二相析出物增多且变得弥散细小。
The CCT curve of HTP Type X65 grade pipeline steel is determined using Gleeble -3800 thermal simulation testing machine. Microstruetures and secondary phase precipitation after continuous cooling were carried out a detailed observation and analysis by optical microscope and electronic microscope. It is showed from the result that along with increase of cooling speed, polygonal ferrite, perlite, aeieular ferrite gradually appeared in microstructure, the hardness of sample at various stage gradually increased after cooling, and the number of M/A gradually increased and uniform distribution. At the same time, secondary phase precipitation dispersed and fine.
