摘要
以２，５－二氯苯胺为原料，经重氮化、氰解、缩合、成盐４步反应制备马来酸伊索拉定，总收率为４８．６％。
Irsogladine maleate was synthesized from 2,5dichloroaniline by diazotation,Sandmeyer reaction,to afford 2,5dichlorophenyl cyanide, which was condensed with dicyandiamide to yield irsogladine followed by salt formation with maleic acid.The overall yield was 48.6%.
