摘要
关于中国城市社区的发展目标大致可以整合为三种不同的观点,即社区建设、社区自治和社区治理结构。与上述三种目标模式相比,"社区公共生活质量"从"社区"概念的本义出发,从社区内部共同生活发育和发展的视角来定义社区发展目标,以期改变"社区建设"模式中的"国家中心"痕迹和"社区自治"模式中对"免于他者控制"的过分强调,同时由于它把重点放在"生活"上,因此能够避免"治理结构"模式中由于过分关注结构和制度创新而使发展陷入"内卷化"的可能性,也更具赢得社区居民认同、动员社区居民参与的可能性。
There are three points of view about the goal of China＇s city community development, namely, community construction, community autonomy and community governance structure. Compared with these three patterns, ＂quality of community public life＂ defines the goal of China＇s city community development from the approach of the growth and development of the community＇s inner common life, based on the original meaning of the concept of the community. It tries to change the mark of ＂state-centered＂ in the model of the community construction and the overemphasized ＂off-controlled＂ in the model of the community autonomy. At the same time, it puts the emphasis on the ＂life＂, so it will avoid the possibility of ＂involution＂ caused by overemphasized structure and the institution innovation. It also has the possibility to win the recognition of community citizens and encourage citizen involvement.
