工作环境欺负研究述评 被引量:2

摘要 欺负是工作环境中比较普遍的现象,已引起学者的广泛关注。西方学者对工作环境中欺负的内涵、影响因素、后果以及欺负的过程进行了大量研究,并取得一定的成果。但是,在对工作环境欺负的内容结构及概念的界定、使用的测量方法、研究变量的广泛性等还存在明显不足,这也是未来研究的主要内容。
