摘要
目的介绍顶骨、额骨、枕骨及颞骨的应用解剖和显微外科颅骨瓣移植方面的应用。方法50例干性成人颅骨标本,系统观测了顶骨、额骨、枕骨及颞骨可移植供区各径长度、厚度,并计算出可供移植区的面积。结果顶骨、额骨鳞部有适当的弯曲度,面积较大,相对亦较厚,位置适当。结论顶骨、额骨鳞部对面部缺损的修复,对颅骨瓣的选择和设计的实用性和安全可靠性等方面均较理想。
Objective To introduce morphology and microsurgical anatomy of parietale, frontale occipitale and temperale bones. Methods To measure its diameter length, thickness and counted its approximate square of 50 Chinese adult dry cranial. Results Parietale bone and frontale squama contain properly zigzag more square and advantage situation. Conclusion Parietale and frontale bone grafting has become a useful teachnique in reforing craniofacial surface defects and a readily accessible and abundant source of bone transplanation.
